The Town Council of Yountville is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Town Manager to take the reins of one of California’s most dynamic small towns! The Town Manager serves as the Town’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for providing visionary leadership while supporting the Council by providing technical input into the formulation, development, and implementation of Council directed policies, programs, and projects. The Town Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, coordination, and management of all Town departments. One of the most important roles of the next Town Manager includes creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and partnerships within the residential and business communities to foster a highly inclusive and collaborative process to work in balancing important areas such as community engagement, housing, infrastructure, tourism, and business needs.
