Metro is seeking an experienced audit professional to serve as its next Deputy Chief Auditor. The successful candidate will be an approachable, strategic leader who builds and maintains healthy working relationships using their excellent communication skills. The next Deputy Chief Auditor will utilize data-driven insights to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Minimum qualifications for this position are a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Finance, or a related field and five (5) years of relevant executive management-level experience conducting internal audits in a public or government entity. The Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certifications are preferred. The annual salary range for the Deputy Chief Auditor position is $183,123.20 - $274,684.80; placement within this range is dependent on qualifications and experience.
