Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Director position possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major study in business, public or personnel administration, or a related field, and eight (8) years of experience in all phases of a public personnel program, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity. The salary range for the Human Resources Director is $198,660.80 to $241,425.60. Placement within this range is dependent on experience and qualifications.
