The City of Milpitas, with a diverse resident population of 78,106, is seeking candidates interested in the position of Employee Relations Officer. Required experience and education includes at least seven (7) years of professional experience in human resources administration or an approved related field, at least three (3) years of which shall have been in a management capacity. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, public administration, business administration, psychology, or an approved related major from an accredited college; an advanced degree in human resources administration, public administration, business administration, psychology, or equivalent is highly desirable. The annual salary range for the Employee Relations Officer is $125,454.16 up to $175,635.46; placement within this range is dependent upon qualification and experience.
